The founders of BigGigs, Patty Foley and Esther Teodoro, are two seasoned event professionals who together have a combined 30+ years of event strategy, planning and management experience. Esther and Patty teamed up to start BigGigs because of their shared vision and values — to provide the best possible events, work with exciting and interesting businesses and people, and support their clients with integrity, creativity and of course a few laughs! In working together, they have found that they are a great balance to one another — both in approach and execution. BigGigs is passionate about providing event services that produce optimal results no matter the size or scope.

Patty Foley, Principal
Patty Foley began her marketing and events career planning and managing trade shows, educational seminars, webinars, conferences and customer appreciation events for a variety of clients in the high tech sector including CheckPoint Technologies, Aventail Corporation and Scitex. Patty then shifted her focus to support the community in which she lives and joined The Bellwether Group, a strategic communications agency specializing in vitalizing the base of people who care about and act upon just, equitable, future-friendly endeavors. Her clients included Flexcar/Zipcar, the Seattle Monorail Project, the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency and PCC Natural Markets.

Patty’s passion for building healthy, supportive and sustainable communities comes through in her pro bono support of many organizations in our community, including the International Rescue Committee, WithinReach and the Hate Free Zone. She has also served as a director on the Georgetown Community Council, and is a founding member of the Georgetown Riverview Restoration Project, a community group working to provide public access to and stewardship of the Duwamish River.

Esther Teodoro, Principal
