With BigGigs you will be working directly with two senior-level event experts - Patty Foley and Esther Teodoro. We've been in those situations where you hire an agency based on a great meeting with its founders, only to then have your account managed by a junior-level employee. With BigGigs what you see is what you get. We are committed to being your partner from start-to-finish.

We always like to meet with potential clients in-person — no phone, email or IM can ever predict the "fit" like a face-to-face meeting. We like to get to know our potential clients' work styles, goals, challenges and ultimately what they would like to see from BigGigs. From there, we will discuss the project and decide if BigGigs is the right partner for the job. If so, a custom proposal will be built exclusively for the clients' review. All materials, ideas and concepts will be confidential. Discussion is encouraged based on the initial proposal.

Once both parties agree upon the proposal, a contract will be created and approved by the client. Weekly updates will be provided to the client and any scope changes can be incorporated as soon as they are requested and agreed upon.

Upon completion, a post-event analysis will be provided and an evaluation for the client to complete. It is very important that BigGigs continue to improve our quality of work and in that spirit we encourage constructive feedback from all clients.

All of BigGigs' billings and work approaches are transparent. We want to make sure that you understand what is happening and what it will cost you, so there are no surprises or disappointments.
